Type-Lunatics, yet another Fate thing is coming

Fate fans can resume their extended period of rejoicing, for more Fate is incoming. You already got Fate/Zero (which is a boon even for non-Fate fans in my opinion), then the fantastically infuriating Fate/Prototype anime teaser (it's infuriating because there are "no plans" to making it happen beyond the short digest released with Carnival Phantasm), and then the Fate/Apocrypha novel.

Now you'll be getting an anime adaptation of the nonsensically-named Fate/kaleid Liner PRISMA*ILLYA, a spin-off manga currently running in COMPTIQ. For the less lunar-minded, PRISMA*ILLYA is set in an alternate universe (Nasu seems to be fond of those things, yes?) wherein Illyasviel von Einzbern, Fate's resident loli and Berserker's master, is a (wait for it) magical girl.

Uh, rrrriggghttt. That's cute and all, but maybe I'll save my enthusiasm for the next, more serious Fate project.
