Editor's log, stardate 63562.3: Upon discovering that Star Trek: Voyager celebrated its 15th anniversary last week, I ordered my senior staff to put together a Vexing Videos post themed around the intrepid journey of Captain Janeway and her crew. Those of you receiving this transmission can access its second portion, which contains two Japan-related Star Trek videos. The first is a sample of Voyager's Japanese dub, taken from the beginning of the episode "Scorpion Part 2". The second is The Next Generation's famous opening, once again dubbed in Japanese.

Of course, there may be people reading this log who, for unfathomable reasons, do not enjoy Star Trek. For their sake, I have included a variety of more traditional Vexing Videos media, such as the Nico Nico Grand Finale, a Code Geass/Patalliro mashup, and the infamous ending to Hanamaru Kindergarten's second episode. Pan-kun the non-sentient carbon-based hominid is also featured.
