College season is almost upon a host of people. This'll be my first year out of college, so it's weird not having to worry about packing everything up, making sure I have the necessities of life, and deciding what classes to take. To be honest, I'm going to miss it.

But for those of you who are still stuck in the grind, and don't really want to go back to school, why not escape to the happy fun land that is the Viz Media office! They've got listings up for interns in all of their departments, including Animation Production, Creative, Editorial, IT, Magazines, Sales & Marketing and Web Production, so be sure to send them your resume post-haste.

Of course, the position requires that you be able to be in their offices for at least 12-20 hours a week during the fall semester, which means you've got to be in San Francisco. Which is really too bad if you're trapped up in someplace like, say, Syracuse. Makes it a little hard to just skip off to San Francisco for a semester.

But not all of you readers are like me. If you're in the area, apply for this. Getting a job isn't easy, especially in this day and age, and so an internship at a place like Viz can only help you, especially if they're looking to hire down the line. You might be called before anyone else hears about it.
