This is something I wasn’t expecting to see when I woke up today. Eva Geeks found an image of what could be the Revoltech for the new and mysterious Evangelion Unit-05. This just might be true seeing as its appearance shadows the release of the Evangelion 2.0 movie trailer. The biggest evidence supporting this figure is an image on the Revoltech Express website; you can clearly see the outline of this new Eva standing there proudly in the background. I didn’t post the picture above to save those of you who want to be spoiler free, but if you don’t care you can check out the image in the gallery below.
Now on to the Eva itself. This bad boy has a very interesting design that I have come to accept with these new Evangelion movies. Unlike every other Eva out there, this one has four legs, which would make it a lot more stable. It also has some sort of an anti-angel lance, and an anti-angel super clamp, making something like holding a gun impossible. Best of all, it has the face of an angry shark, which is something God Len (and CTZ) definitely approves of. What do you think?
my wallet weeps for the inevitable avalanche of merchandise these new EVA units represent. Twice as huge if there are new pilots! That revoltech is so fucking badass!!!

after seeing what it looks like i'm kinda glad it was lost in the dirac sea (freaks me out more than the MPEvas). still would be kinda cool to see it in action.

Evangelions are made from Angels. They are based on Adam's, not human, DNA (With the exception of EVA 01, who was created from Lillith). Thus, they can have all sorts of weird shapes.
