Catch the first episode of Code Geass’s English version a day before it airs on American television at Adultswim.com; so be the first one on your block to see this awesome anime (the Japanese version doesn’t count.)
The dub so far is actually pretty good, I’m not much of a dub watcher but I’m enjoying this one so far. Johnny Yong Bosch does a good job with Lelouch, but by now his voice is pretty recognizable for those of you who are veterans to the dub circuit. The others were good so far as well, and I think I even heard Goku in there as well. So I God Len of Japanator, command you to watch this first episode. *Uses Geass*

Wow all the voices are starting to sound the same.
Do not get me wrong. I appreciate good voice over work. Before a fan of subtitles could simply say "American voice acting is bad" and even when voice acting started to become good there was the same trend. That is good voice actors repeatedly appearing in different anime without much (or any) change in voice.
Realizing that Gourry from Slayers was also Brock from Pokemon was quiet a surprise. Eric Stuart, the voice of both, did a good job masking his voice but eventually I began picturing Gourry every time I heard Brock's voice.
The same goes for the much acclaimed Steven Blum(AKA David Lucas) who voiced Spike Spiegel in Cowboy Bebop. Wonderful voice actor but his voice is easily picked out and he is frequently used.
I say this all because I now appreciate subtitles. There is something about the original audio, regardless if I can understand it, that brings a character to life.
Every time I see this series I'll wonder where Eureka is. Voices are often over used but sometimes there is just bad writing. Believe it.
@Zanduar: I know what you mean about picking out peoples voices. I was watching the Ninja Scroll series last night and one voice sounded eerily familiar - it was John Dimaggio, freaking Bender from Futurama. There was no taking that character seriously any more.
So yeah we've got Vash the Stampede trying to act like Lellouch, albeit he does a much better job than Quatre did Light. We've got Nagase from Ace Combat 5 playing as Kallen (and big bonus points to her for using "Badass Mother", lol), Shirou Emiya as a nobleman (pfft!!), Steven Blum as a bunch of random soldier A's, Holland as Orange-kun, Kaname Chidori as little Lellouch, Saber as C.C., Taishi (from Comic Party) as the Mad Duke Scientist, and some painfully plain sounding guy doing Suzaku.
I'm gonna record it tonight and watch it, instead of on the Fix. I prefer watching anime on my couch, on my TV; instead of at my desk, on my monitor. =\
Hopefully they'll do a good job with this show. I'm in sort of a hiatus from anime aside from BLEACH, and I need an enjoyable dub to try to bring me back (I prefer them to subs).
Lelouch sounds well acted, though I prefer the original seiyuu's deeper voice. Other than that, the entire cast sounds good except for the girls. Kallen sounds too spastic, the school girls are trying to hard, and just from her few lines, C.C. doesn't sound cold enough, even though her voice fits.
However, Lloyd's VA, who I actually prefer over the seiyuu, makes up for it. And Orange-kun sounds pretty good too. :)
Adult swim doesn't let people outside America watch.
Here's the youtube playlist for all those outside north America

Lelouch isn't bad.
Shirley ends all her sentences with an upwards accent, she's halfway to Australian with that lol.
Lloyd is ok, not as flamboyant as jap but not bad.
Clovis is good XD he's such a dandy.
Kallen sounds like a brat
C.C isn't bad, nothing special.
Haven't really heard Suzaku (just flicked through it)
Generally, I avoid dubs. Whenever I check one out, such as this one, I am left disappointed. The only dub I've really liked was Gasaraki. The actors in that spoke in the same pitch and tone as the Japanese voice actors; the resulting dub was fantastic.
Bosch is a sub-par voice actor and he sucks as Lelouch. Lelouch should sound intelligent, diabolical and somewhat "sultry." Bosch fails at all three.
Yet another too far over-the-top, Saturday morning carton sounding dub. No thanks. I prefer the original language.
