As you all know, my first j-drama was Hana Kimi, and not only did I develop severe lust for Oguri Shun back then, but I also got a terrible girl-crush on Horikita Maki, who played the lead character and was just exactly the type of spirited, determined girl that I admire. I've kept up with her work ever since, and I do occasionally drool when I see a great photoshoot of her -- kind of like this one.
It's not brand new, but Kawaii Joyuu found some high res scans of it (it's from the LovePhoto website) and shared them, and Jesus in heaven are they delicious. I figured my j-drama boys (I'm looking at you, Senisan) might want to enjoy a little bit of the hotness that is Horikita Maki shot by a brilliant photographer, so here you go. You see? I'm not just j-boy crazy -- I have a soft spot for the pretty j-ladies too!
But Maki here has totally won me over. I'm smitten. I'll like a show just a bit more simply because she's in it. Actually, I'd say 90% of what I've watched has been her shows. Except I couldnt watch Tokujo Kabachi because she smoked in the first episode. Such a turn off for me in everyday life, but here I felt like I was watching her hurt herself and it killed me! :P LOL
