A Daily Dose of Music: Old School Thursdays

0

Back to the start

This week we go back to 2007, and to the humble beginnings of the amazing band supercell. One of Ryo's first productions using Miku was the Nico Nico Douga success, Melt. He actually created a video using artist 119's imagery without permission, and contacted them for permission later. Well, the two got along amazingly and the tale of how supercell was formed was history.

The group has expanded into much larger horizons, now providing tracks for hit shows, and hiring the who's who of the industry for vocal work. However, their early Vocaloid work still remains some of their most beloved music.
