10th title added to light novel site

J-Novel Club does it again as it adds to its line up with Arifureta: From Commonplace to World’s Strongest. The light novel series by Ryo Shirakome and illustrated by Takayaki is available with a 40-page free preview and the first half of the first volume available to members.

Arifureta: From Commonplace to World’s Strongest stars seventeen-year-old Hajime Nagumo who is your average Japanese Otaku who stays up all night and spends his days sleeping during class. One day he and his entire class are transported to a far away fantasy world. Unfortunately, he is blessed with spectacular powers while his classmates are given god-like abilities. How will the downtrodden teenager overcome his less than spectacular circumstances and help his class survive?

Arifureta: From Commonplace to World’s Strongest currently has five volumes released in Japan, along with a manga series. As with their other titles, J-Novel Club will release parts of the series weekly and then publish the e-book versions (in English) to most e-book retailers.
