At long last, Keijo is now an actual sport

This needs to be in the Olympics

You know an event is big when an anime and manga series inspires people to turn a fictional activity into a real thing. In this case, a group of Keijo!!!!!!!! fans from Portugal decide to turn the title's signature sport into an actual activity.

Unlike the original, the Keijo Portugal's version has the players wear pads on their chests and behinds for safety measures when they use them to knock their opponent out of the arena. In reality, we don't want anyone to go through what Nozomi experienced when she was mastering the Vacuum Butt Cannon. Of course, the rules are modified for it to be realistic, which would still make it an interesting sport.

Right now, the group is searching for more people to join them while they prepare for the Portugal's first actual Keijo event. Hopefully, it'll do well enough for it to catch on since it would be interesting to see it being played worldwide. Most importantly, I hope that the manga's creator, Daichi Sorayomi, learns about it, as it could brighten his day.
