Attack on Titan's live-action cast posters look real badass

Colossal cosplay

I'll readily confess that I haven't paid much attention to Attack on Titan since the anime finished its run last year, but now that the live-action adaptation of Hajime Isayama's blockbuster manga is further along, I'm back on board. Check out the latest barrage of publicity for the movie, a series of costumed cast posters showing Eren (played by Haru Miura), Mikasa (played by Kiko Mizuhara), Armin (played by Kanata Hongo), Hanji (played by Satomi Ishihara), Sasha (Nanami Sakuraba), Jean (Takahiro Miura), and a bunch of new characters created by Isayama for the movie.

Without having much more to go on, I can say that the cast really does look good in costume, and the designs have held up well. Oddly enough, Kanata Hongo's take on playing Armin looks way tougher than the original, though that might be due to the action pose. Also, Hanji's fondling a rocket launcher. Did they even have rocket launchers in Attack on Titan? Adaptations!
