Character updates for Ultra Street Fighter 4 revealed

Also, Decapre gets an alternate outfit

As we got closer to the release of Ultra Street Fighter 4, we've finally got a good idea of what changes will be going on with the returning characters. In a recent post Shoryuken, a comprehensive breakdown of the changes from Super Street Fighter 4: Arcade Edition Ver. 2012 to Ultra were translated. In it, each characters altered moves, frames and hit-boxes are explained in detail. Also, the Red Focus Attacks/EX, delayed wake-up and Ultra Combo Double were properly explained. I'm really interested in the Red Focus attacks and EX moves. That'll definitely spice up gameplay.

We also finally got a look at Decapre's alternate outfit that should be in Ultra. It looks like the masked gal is...you know what? I have no clue what's going on here. She's all chained and locked up, but her legs and mid-riff are bare. I think they were going for some sort of Man in the Iron Mask motif, but it looks like a mess. Then again, it might look better in three dimensions.
