Check out the entire cast for The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel Musical

Now that's what I call a Resounding Beat

It looks like we're in for a good week of The Legend of Heroes-related goodness, as the rest of the cast for Trails of Cold Steel's musical got announced. Interestingly, one of the actors for the show was in a tokusatsu program.

Even though I'm still surprised about Trails of Cold Steel's musical, the idea sounds like a fascinating way to have an event that takes place during Falcom's 35th anniversary. Seeing that The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel Musical is a Premium 3D Musical, the performance will feature special effects that'll pop out through the use of 3D glasses.

Based on the previous roles that most of the actors played, it looks like most of the folks will get to do justice to the original game's cast. For example, Kaede played as Makoto/Sailor Jupiter in a previous play, so I could see her nailing her role as Laura. Then we have Nakamura, who played as Nagi/Ki Ninger from Ninninger, tackling the role of another character who's a year younger than most of Class VII's members (except Fie), which could result in a good beat.

Trails of Cold Steel's musical starts on Jan. 8 at the Blue Theater in the Roppongi area of Tokyo, and the performance will last until Jan. 15. Since Falcom Sound Team jdk are handing the show's music, it'll likely be a treat to see how the cast's voices will complement the crew's solid tunes. One thing for sure, a vocal version of "Tie a Link of ARCUS!" might sound badass.

For those in the area, the ticket sales start on Oct. 23, which can be bought here on said date. The ticket options are available in premium for ¥7,900 (around U.S. $76.93) and regular for ¥6,900 (around U.S. $67.19).

As a fan of the game, I'll admit that this event has piqued my curiosity since I'd like to see how they would make the game's story work as a musical. Who knows, it might be as eggcellent as Elliot's omelets.
