Chocolate Ramen is here for Japanese Valentine's Day

Japan is one of those places synonymous with odd and interesting food science with their culinary products and here we are again reporting on just that. Chocolate is the common staple for Valentine's day in Japan, and now sweet and savory flavors come together with Chocolate ramen. From reading around the net, there is more than one variety of Chocolate ramen from different ramen chains.

One chain, Mensho Tokyo, is doing a ramen with a lamb broth with chocolate (pictured above). Another chain, Menya Musashi, is doing a Chocolate Tsukemen in which you have a ramen in one bowl with a bit of broth and another bowl of Ghana brand chocolate sauce where you dip some noodles with your chopsticks.
