Dragon Ball Z Raging Blast 2 details; now with more balls

0

I know some of you really love those Dragon Ball Z fighting games, and who could blame you? Not every fighting game lets you spend the match powering up. Well, you're in luck. Some details have popped up in the latest issue of V Jump regarding the upcoming sequel to last year's Dragon Ball Z: Raging Blast that might have you drooling with anticipation.

According to reports, the game will feature 4 new stages, and over 90 characters, 20 of which are brand-spanking new. That's a lot of muscular men with pointy haircuts... and suddenly my headline makes more sense. See what I did there?

More details after the jump.

In addition to the new characters and insanely large roster, the game will also feature enhanced visuals and more expansive fields. I can only assume that means larger stages. Each character will have improved facial expressions, and there seems to be some reference to faster gameplay, so maybe there won't be as much standing around and powering up as you might have hoped.

Finally, the article touches on the new Impact View System, which appears to be some sort of time related feature that will involve stopping and increasing the speed of the battle, which would help you immerse yourself in the battle. It seems a bit sketchy to me, so I suppose we'll have to wait and see how that pans out. Until then, keep an eye on the official site. Are any of you looking forward to it?
