Feast your eyes on Soba from farm to table in this video

Soba-dly want some soba now (sorry)

Soba noodles are one of those simple but tasty staple dishes one can find in many Japanese restaurants around the world. Primarily made from buckwheat, soba noodles are usually the other noodle dish opposite of the now more popular ramen noodles in Japanese restaurants.

Life Where I'm From, a YouTube channel I've featured before, is featuring the humble soba noodle from it's harvesting as its main ingredient buckwheat to how it's prepared as a dish by the farmer's restaurant. You can't get any fresher than that, I haven't had a proper soba noodle in a while and this video is just making me want to make it myself with some buckwheat to get that pure soba taste.

Enjoy this video and I hope y'all are craving soba now as much as I am after watching it.
