Fusion, Ha: Dragon Ball Z and Brooklyn Nine-Nine collide

Be careful when you interrogate Frieza

Never in a million years would I have thought to see Dragon Ball Z and the police-themed comedy show Brooklyn Nine-Nine in the same video. Somehow, 2D Animator BlueBandanaJake, the guy who brought us the adorable Charmander looping animation, managed to make these two titles work well in his latest animated short.

In regards to this fusion, BlueBandanaJake took a sound clip from Brooklyn Nine-Nine and made an animation that featured characters from Dragon Ball Z. As a person who kept up with us stuff for a good while, his movements continue to get smoother with each piece. On top of that, he continues to nail the timing of the short's key scenes well.

Most importantly, the piece deserves some props for making a person who hasn't gotten into Brooklyn Nine-Nine smile. Also, it was funny to see Krillin go through a similar situation that he went through in a certain Dragon Ball Z arc.
