GameStop leaks the localisation of Mind Zero

Wait, Aksys are publishing abroad?

Remember Mind Zero? It was an RPG released by Acquire in August of last year, though it never made it out of Japan. Nothing to lose hope over, as games like Bravely Default continue to demonstrate, but news of the game and potential localisations certainly quietened down. Well, it seems like it will venture out of Japan, with a confirmation coming from GameStop and a reasonably detailed product listing. It seems to have ditched the stylized Mind=0 moniker, with the English-language description making no mention of it:

From Aksys Games and Acquire, the studios that brought Gladiator Begins comes Mind Zero, an exciting dungeon-crawler RPG for the PlayStation Vita! Kei, a high school student is given the power of “Mind,” the ability to control a persona with powerful abilities. However, “Mind” is much more than it seems. With the government and others tracking them down, what will Kei and his friends discover about themselves, but more importantly, about this mysterious power?

If that sounds right up your alley, then you may be interested to hear that the listing also made mention of a release date. Mark May 27th on your calendar, just so you can dust off your Vita and install the latest firmware update in preparation.
