Gather your troops: Little King's Story conquers PC this August

A new kingdom is about to get formed

For the longest time, the original Little King's Story was a game that caught my interest; however, for some unknown reason, I never got around to picking it up. Luckily, it turns out the that game's HD PC release hits Steam, GOG and the Humble Store on Aug. 5 for only $24.99/€22.99/£18.99. Of course, people can get it at ten percent off the launch price during its first week or release.

Since the game gives off a nice Pikmin vibe, King Corobo's quest to take over the neighboring lands sounds like it'll be a joyous adventure. From the looks of it, I have a feeling that part of the challenge comes from managing the kingdom's people since I doubt that they could participate in combat at all times.

With the game's release date landing on next Friday, it looks like everyone is in for a great weekend of ruling over countless lives. One thing for sure, I now have no excuse to not miss out on Little King's Story again.
