Pokémon has gone mobile!

The Pokémon Company have announced today that a new free mobile app, Pokémon TV, is now available for iOS devices in the App Store as well as for Android on the Google Play shop. Released today, the app features content in various languages, and it will allow you to check out episodes from the various different series, check out trailers for upcoming movies, and other cool features they'll be updating regularly (including weekly episode swaps).

It's pretty rad, and I'll definitely be downloading this on my iPad tonight. I'm sure the nostalgia will be overwhelming when I watch a bit of the Kanto region Pokémon episodes. Not to mention... I now have an easy means by which I could sample all the shows for newer regions I've only explored in the games. A trailer for the app can be found below.
