Hello Kitty just got a little bit sweeter (and doughy-er)

If you could even believe it

Beginning April 1st, Mr Donut will be stocking Hello Kitty sweets in Japan. If there were one thing that would get me to go back to that store and give their donuts a re-try, it would be Hello Kitty donuts and other delicious-looking offerings.

There's a bonus for those who have a sweet tooth: Spend ¥600 or more and you will also get a Hello Kitty phone jack accessory for mobiles, which appear to be Hello Kitty candy bows with a little bit of icing on them. Got cavities yet?

This promotion will run until the end of May, and it looks like an offer I won't be able to resist. You'll probably see these grace the front page again in the not-so-distant future.
