Here's Levi and Mako on a banana

Bananas: The tastiest canvas

When I see a banana, I think of a tasty snack that's full of potassium. When Keisuke Yamada sees a banana, he sees a fresh, untouched artistic medium. That's right, Yamada takes the common banana and turns them into little yellow sculptures. Yamada's work on a Colossal Titan made the rounds late last year, and it comes as no surprise that another Attack on Titan character would bring him back.

Yamada recently posted photos of a banana-fied Levi, which perfectly captures his casual indifference of the world. I don't think Levi would appreciate being so sweet and sticky, but the advantage of a banana sculpture is that it can't complain. Yamada also completed work on a Mako, from Kill la Kill. The gal looks pretty annoyed, probably due to various plot developments. Well, that or she can't buy any souvenirs for her family.

You can see more of Yamada's work in gallery. He's done some stuff from Star Wars, Castle in the Sky, Alien and more. Personally, I love the shark and horse. That's some really intricate work there. I wonder what tools he uses for these, as the detailing has got to be a giant pain.
