Hunter x Hunter: -The Last Mission- gets a teaser trailer

There's something familiar about the guy with the knife...

You know, considering the premise for Hunter x Hunter: The Phantom Rouge was actually pretty good, it was even more of a shame that the film turned out to be such a let down. I mean, it wasn't awful or anything, but it really felt unnecessary when compared to the action going on in the anime.

While it's completely possible that this second film will follow in its predecessor's footsteps, a film centred around Netero can't be that bad, right? There's a lot I still want to know about the fella, and considering we'll more than likely have seen the end of the recent TV anime by the time this new film has past through the cinemas and onto shelves, it should serve as some nice supplementary material, if nothing else.

There's a slight worry in that this film was announced at the same time the first movie hit cinemas, but hopefully that doesn't mean that the quality will be hampered by any sort of corner-cutting. Hey, no doubt once the TV anime is over, I'll take what I can get.

The film will be released on December 27, so be sure to check out the video up top and let me know what you think.
