Hyadain reveals secret identity: Kenichi Maeyamada

If you've paid any attention to the internet remix world in the past couple years, you've probably heard of Hyadain. A talented artist whose works began showing up on NicoNico, earning him quick fame and adoration for his incredibly catchy and well-done video game and anime remixes. For a while, people wondered who was behind the screen name (many thought Hyadain was a group), and today on his site he revealed his identity: composer Kenichi Maeyamada.

Have you heard the 11th One Piece opening, "Share the World" or Baka to Test to Shokanju's catchy opening "Perfect Area Complete?" Then you know his work. I've got to say, his variety of work is pretty neat to see when looking at the two names as one. I wonder how many people knew of Hyadain but not Kenichi? Probably quite a few! In any case, let's celebrate with some of his music! Obligatory question: what's your favorite work by Hyadain/Kenichi?

Fun times after the break.

Thanks Ko!
