Idol group-themed Indie Tokusatsu Wota Senshi Center gets a teaser

Extremly catchy music included

Back when Wota Senshi Center was first announced, I was down with the idea of an idol group-themed hero that uses Mix CDs to activate his moves. Of course, Garage Hero Alumni Daryl Delosreyes' (Gun Caliber's Sky Black and one of Skulldier's grunts) creation shines brightly in the indie project's teaser.

One of the things that made Center a fun hero is his graceful bow that he does before he engages his opponents in battle. It's cool to see that he activates his Mix CDs through a CD player-like mechanism on his wrist, which complements the medium that an idol group's music is printed on. Also, the guy finishes people off with a fiery baton, which covers the performance angle.

So far, Center's teaser ended up being a blast, so I'm curious to see what Delosreyes has in mind for the hero down the road. Since the idea of an idol group-themed transforming tokusatsu hero hasn't been done in the past, let's hope that this project gets to grow. If anything, it'll likely depend on the amount of people who watch the preview.
