ISLAND to get both anime and game physical box release

Kickstarter Campaign Launched by Frontwing

If you have been keeping up with this season's batch of anime, you have probably heard of Island. While the anime isn't favorable among the anime community, the visual novel is actually very enjoyable, which is something that is very common among visual novels adapted into anime. The visual novel is now available on Steam so make sure to check it out. Additionally, you can check out the Island anime here.

A few days later after it's Steam release, Frontwing has launched a Kickstarter for a physical release of the game, alongside a physical release of the anime as well. In addition to the game and anime physical release, Frontwing has added stretch goals, which include an artbook and a PS4 digital-only release.

Additionally, here's a look at the Deluxe Edition of the game which will include the DVD game disc plus a theme song CD, 2-disc soundtrack CD set, and a brand-new detailed artbook created specially in commemoration of the anime, all included in a large PC box.

In addition to the Deluxe Edition, the campaign also includes rewards like an exclusive tapestry and t-shirt. All reward tiers minus 'Wash Ashore" and 'Dip in the Ocean' will include a Steam key of the game. Check out the Kickstarter here.
