Live in Los Angeles? Q Pop is holding a Dragon Ball/Toriyama Tribute Art Show

Does this mean that there'll be over 9,000 art pieces?

With the Dragon Ball series' 30th anniversary around the corner, the people at Q Pop are preparing for an art gallery that's dedicate to Toriyama's series on Nov. 15 in Los Angeles. Not only that, people can look forward to various pieces on Toriyama's other works as well. Aside from the gallery, Thing To Do in LA is hosting a Dragon Ball cosplay contest and a power-up contest where participants can win Bandai Namco-related prizes.

In case you're not familiar with Q Pop, the place is hosts various art shows, along with selling special art goods, vinyl toys, and Harajuku fashions like Algonquins, Sex Pot Revenge and Super Lovers. Since Q Pop has featured some great pieces in their previous galleries (such as their Tokusatsu 2: Revenge of Kaiju, Go Nagai, Tokusatsu: Japanese Science Fiction, and Kamen Rider vs. Super Sentai Art Shows), I'm excited to see which artist'll participate in the show, as it could result in some amazing pieces. Unfortunately, I'll be missing out on this exhibition, since I'm nowhere near Los Angeles. Nonetheless, I still wish everyone who's going the best in having fun with the event's content.

If you're interested in going, Q Pop's Dragon Ball 30th Anniversary/Akira Toriyama Tribute Show is being held at Q2, Q Pop's second store. The address to the place is 319 East 2nd Street Suite 121 Los Angeles, Cali. 90012, and it'll be going on from 7:00 p.m to 10:00 p.m. on Saturday. In the meantime, you can view the list of the artists who're participating in the gallery at the event's Facebook page.
