Lotteria's Tower Cheeseburger makes KFC's Double Down sad

Think you're some kind of meat and cheese rebel after eating a couple of KFC Double Downs? Think you're hot sh*t? Well, Japan's not going to sit idly and watch America win at this too much meat game. Gauntlet? Thrown. Now your Double Down looks silly compared to this beast.

Japanese fast food chain Lotteria is one of my favorites. I like their little "boxes" that come with a burger and a piece of chicken. Strange, sure. But that's not as strange (or gross) as this new Tower Cheeseburger. The burger, at its lowest level, starts at only 160 yen, but you can add additional patties for 100 yen a piece. As the advertisement shows, the sky's the limit. Or your health is the limit.

No, 10 is the limit. You can get a maximum of 10 patties on the Tower, as you'll see above. *gag* Gigazine says that this Tower comes from an experimental menu that is in limited Lotteria locations. Experimental? You'd be experimenting with your health by eating this!

Look! The damned "tower" can't even stay upright. The globs of meat and too-yellow cheese are making my stomach flip. While I'll admit that there's something appealing about a double or even triple stack of meat on a burger, this is overkill. Disgusting. So wrong.

But yet it seems to be drawing me in.

I...I kind of want it.
