Make a contract and get a pair of Homura's glasses

I never thought that so many benefits can come from making a simple contract with Kyubey. Today, Cospa has decided to make a contract that will result in making Homura's glasses available to the public. These glasses will cost you 6,300 yen (Around US$78.00), and they are going to be released at the end of September.

One of the best deals about these cosplay glasses is that they are compatible with your prescription lens. You can thanks the folks at Coolens for this one, since they were involved with the creation of the glasses. They are also offering a 2,625 yen (Around US$33.00) fee for mounting your lens onto the glasses, which will only take 45 minutes. 

Does this mean that importing Homura's glasses is out of the question, or is there a chance that other places might be able to craft the proper lens for them? Since I am not too familiar on how the engineering behind glasses work, I might not be the best person to consult about this. As a heads up, you might want to look into seeing if it is possible to get the proper lens in your local area.
