New Code Geass anime coming, doesn't star clone Lelouches

Not as far as I'm aware, that's for sure.

According to 2ch, it's going to be called Code Geass Gaiden: Boukoku no Akito (Akito of the Ruined Nation), and is set several years after the end of the TV series. The whole "world peace" thing didn't quite catch on, and a big war is brewing in Europe. Now it's up to a bunch of Elevens as they go on a mission with just a five percent chance of success. What is it with anime/manga writers and their uncanny ability to mathematically calculate such nebulous things?

Anyway, beyond that, the character designs will be noodled  doodled up by CLAMP, the story will be written by Geass' original writers, and Kazuki Akane of Escaflowne and Noein fame will be sitting in the director's chair.

Now, as for that "cloned Lelouch" thing I mentioned earlier, I'm referring to Yellow Noise, a doujinshi by circle Creayus starring C.C. and Lelouch, who has been split into his identity as Zero and his regular self. Sounds like a fun change of pace, don't you think?
