J-list adds another exclusive parody tee
I would think by this point, everyone could agree that KILL la KILL favors style over substance, and that's not necessarily a bad thing. A lot of great show and films have done it over there years but nobody seems to embody that definition more than Quentin Tarantino himself. At least, that may be the sentiment J-list meant to express with their latest parody shirt.
Aptly titled "Kill la Bill," the design pays homage to Tarantino's famous Japanese-inspired grind-house-western, featuring KILL la KILL's Ryuko set against the familiar black and yellow donned by the bride played by Uma Thurman in the Box Office-hit Kill Bill. The two seemingly work well together. If you're interested in picking one up, J-List keeps the shirt stocked in San Diego, so you won't have to worry about shipping from Japan. That also means they're not mass-produced either, so that's certainly a point in their favor. Most sizes MSRP for $19.99 plus shipping and are available now.
