Pokémon Battle Trozei lands on the 3DS in March

That's Pokemon Link: Battle for us Europeans

Thursday's Nintendo Direct brought a few new announcements with it, one of which will please us Pokémon fans. Remember Pokémon Trozei? It was a match-three game for the Nintendo DS, and not a particularly bad one at that. Still, it didn't seem very likely that we'd see the game crop up again, but with the success of Puzzle & Dragons in Japan, perhaps it isn't all that surprising.

There's a lot of new content, including all of the pokémon that didn't exist until Diamond/Pearl and onwards, as well as streetpass features. I do love a good excuse to carry around my 3DS, and it's a bit of a shame that X and Y didn't offer any incentives by having their own streetpass features.

If you're interested, be sure to keep an eye on the eShop next month. The game releases as a download-only title in March, with Europe getting in on the 13th, followed by North America on the 20th. Hey Nintendo, if you're listening, could we get another Pokémon Puzzle Challenge as well? Thanks!
