Finally someone gets it! Congratulations Viz!

We are living in a grand age, an age where fan-subbers and DVD watchers, subbers and dubbers—everyone will live hand-in-hand for the glory of all mankind; or at least this is the beginning of it thanks to Viz. They announced today that starting on the 15th of January they will stream a subbed version of Naruto Shippuden within a week of it airing on Japanese televisions. This isn’t something new, this process happened with other series like The Tower of Druaga and Blassreiter in the past; however, these series are small fry when compared to Naruto’s viewer ship. It would be as if Ronald McDonald himself drove to your house everyday to give you a personal back message; or something like that.

If that wasn’t enough, Viz will also be releasing the earlier episodes of Shippuden every Friday (eight at a time) after the 2nd of January until it’s caught up with Japan. Of course they are not only doing this because they love us, but because these episodes with have some kind of swanky advertising within the episode; I can live with that. In fact it would be better if they placed these advertisements inside the show during the slow parts, like when Naruto is looking and the enemy and shaking with fear, or Sakura crying about Sasuke or something.

This will be located at your ultimate destination for anything NARUTO, which is the official Naruto website . High five Viz, you earned God Len’s cookie of the day award!
