Superhero Time: Dropping in on you from the heavens above

Now that's one long drop.

Black Friday is over, and Cyber Mondays has completed its sales for the year. However, there are still some deals waiting to be exploited by others. Depending on where you go, your luck might lead you to some new treasures.

So I wish you all the best in hunting do those remaining specials down. Be careful not to treat them like evil doers, because there's a slight chance that it could tarnish your main objective. If you are still struggling with your search, then you should take a break, and chill with a helping of Go-Busters and Kamen Rider Wizard

Tokumei Sentai Go-Busters Episode 40

Enter's got himself a new toy.

J has taken a day off from being his goofy self, since Jin is in a bit of trouble in subspace. Meanwhile, Escape starts to act on her own by using a Metaroid to track down the next Messiah Card. Things begin to turn out differently for the team, and we might have to part ways with a comrade.

Part of my theory was answered this week, but it still wasn't a complete infection of a living target. Though I am still hoping for a more complete Messiah Virus infection down the long road. But the most important deal was that we were given an idea about Jin's state on the other side. From the way how his body was acting, he might be on his final countdown, which reminds me of Burai's situation in Zyuranger. J's actions felt suspicious at first, but it proves that he's willing to do whatever he can to make sure that Jin gets to return to the physical world. Since he's mostly been silly, it was a nice change to see him get emotional over this week's mission.

Ever since Enter's return, I knew that there was something different about him. And it looks like he intends to become one with Messiah. While he hasn't mentioned that plan, his transformation hints that he is seeking some benefits from the super virus's powers. As Escape continues to be more suspicious of Enter's actions, we might see them face off later on. And there's a possibility that Escape will use her papa's powers to gain the upper hand in her confrontation.

Now that we are getting closer to the finale, Jin's life and Enter's plan are going to take over. From here on out, Jin and J are going to have to protect their home base. Since Great Go-Buster can go into subspace, there's a chance that Go-Buster King will be able to deliver better results in the battle to save Jin's life.

Kamen Rider Wizard Episode 12

No, Shunpei, no!

Another week, another Gate to be thrown into despair. The Phantoms have hired Valkyrie to bring despair to a Gate that works at a sweets shops that's going to go out of business. And look at that, Wajima is already done with Soma's next ring.

Working as a part-time delivery boy, I can understand the situation that went on during this episode. Delivering goods can be a little overwhelming at times, since you have to overcome all odds that can get in your way. It was a bit unexpected on who the real Gate was, but Valkyrie's early attacks were still on the right mark. As much as I want to nitpick at Wizard for not making Valkyrie a female Phantom, it has nothing to do with the ones from Norse mythology, so they can do whatever they want with their creatures.

Since Hurricane Dragon was introduced during the the first part of this arc, we can only hope that things are building up for a big reveal. Perhaps a successful Phantom birth could act as a nice turn around, since it would be nice to see the whole Phantom transformation process taking place. Or maybe have Wiseman participate during the next battle.

If things don't go different next week, then we will have to wait for the introduction of the second Rider, since their stories always spark up some new tricks. And also, please make sure not to follow Shunpei's example in messing with costumed mascots. These guys are fighting the scorching sun to make ends meet in this world.
