This giant hunk of meat is actually cake

Spare the confusion, spoil the tastebuds

In anime, meat is usually portrayed The Flintstones-style; giant pieces with bones sticking out. Well, unless the characters are going out for sukiyaki or something, but you know what I mean; whenever a shonen protagonist shouts "MEAT!" they're looking for one of those things that looks like a gargantuan drumstick.

Well, now you can get a baumkuchen (a kind of layer cake) designed to closely resemble a piece of meat that Monkey D. Luffy would eat, called a "Manga Niku." For some reason, sweets manufacturer Kawabun decided that what the world really needed was a cake that looked like a giant turkey leg. Naturally, you can only order it in Japan, but you can visit the website to get a better look at the Manga Niku, including a neat little manga.

The thing that bugs me about it though is that the white bones are apparently inedible plastic-- what a cop out, right? The bone should be made of marshmallow, obviously. It should start to melt, ever so slightly, from your body heat when you touch it. It's entirely possible I've given this too much thought.
