This T-shirt lets you hug your waifu in public

Anime is still not real

At one point in time, Japanator Writer Red Veron attempted the sacred ritual to make anime real. Of course, the whole thing didn't go as planned and we were forced to accept the truth. Luckily, someone decided to create a shirt that'll help those who wish to unite with their beloved waifu.

As for this special feature, marudayo created an attire where Atsumi from The [email protected]ter: Cinderella Girls is hugging the person who wears it. Other than that, the artist made one of Mayu, which is another alternative for those who want to embrace a different character.

One of marudayo's intentions for making these shirts is for cosplayers to show off their one true pairings in real life. Since the artist plans to sell these clothes at events like Comiket, this might help people cope with the situation in anime and manga where the main character doesn't end up with the best candidate.

If the illustrator provides people with more options, this might grant Japanator Managing Editor Josh Tolentino the opportunity the give Lucky Star's Konata and/or Persona 3's Aigis a big hug.
