Za Warudo! JoJo's new season to premiere next Spring

0

2014 is going to be the Year of the JoJo!

I don't know about you, but a part of me is wishing for 2013 to be over already. Other than Space Dandy's super amazing entry into the 2014 Winter Anime Season, the return of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure is another fine treat to look forward to next year. Speaking of which, the latest issue of Ultra Jump has revealed that the remake of Stardust Crusaders is going to air during the Spring 2014 Anime Season!

Interestingly enough, the team behind the series mentioned that the new season is going to be different from the way how Part 3 is depicted in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: All Star Battle. Since the staff is following the original manga, we can assume that the changes might be related to the story elements that weren't covered in JoJo's All Star Battle. On top of that, the show's art style will be different from the first two parts, which isn't surprising, considering that Part 1 and Part 2's anime adaptations featured different designs.

Last but not least, Phantom Blood and Battle Tendency are going to be shown as a compilation movie on New Year's Day. While I find the whole move to be rather unnecessary, I guess it's a decent way to get people hyped up for the remake of Part 3. Anyways, the important thing is that Spring is going to be a glorious season when the "ORAs" and "MUDAs" clash once again.

Before I forget, the cast for the new Stardust Crusaders anime will be revealed during the Jump Festa event, so let's cross our fingers that the voice actors from JoJo's All Star Battle will reprise their roles. If not, then the announcement will astound us regardless.

Since this will be the first time that I get to see Jotaro in action, my inner urge to awaken my Stand grows stronger by the second. As I wait for the next update, I will continue to improve my ability to create a fabulous pose.
